NOT ALL LEARNERS ARE TREATED EQUITABLY
The narrative for students with learning differences and their education and treatment in our society is one of profound intersectionality - race, class, gender, ethnicity, sexuality, and disability interact to create overlapping and interdependent systems of disadvantage for students.
My applied work in social and emotional learning interrogates, evaluates, informs, and advances SEL offerings and assessments in the promotion of evidence-based practice for all students and all the adults who educate them.
